the model number PI9128LP is not listed on the CA DOJ approved list https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Springfield+Armory&=Apply but being a used gun I suggest contacting Buds to be sure customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

No it is not Donald. If it does not specifically appear on the CA Approved Roster it is not compliant (just what CA wants). https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Springfield+Armory
