Turkeys are a large tough bird Ben and you need the right load to cleanly take them. #4 or #5 Shot is the most common recommeded turkey shot size. I would use these #5 shot in 20Ga : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/713070412/REM+AMMO+NITRO-TURKEY+10-PACK
