After taking a close blowup look of the image to the link you posted, it is a Gen 1 version. There are Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions which I've seen both on the market at several local gun shops here in east TX. The difference is the slide release was changed on the Gen 2. The Gen 2 firing module (trigger assembly) will not fit in a Gen 1 grip frame. I have a Gen 1, P250C and a Gen 2 P320C and the grips are not cross compatible. If I both were same Gen I could swap them out between the frames. Same thing goes if both were Gen 2. I understand that caliber change kits come with a new slide release lever to accommodate the Gen differences. Now with that said, what you need to do is contact Buds or check with SIg using the actual model number to determine which one Buds is selling. The reason is Buds uses stock photos and may not have updated the image to a Gen 2 version.

After looking at the UPC and with the manufacturer, this is the 1st gen model. I usually contact the manufacturer before buying to double check because it is hard to tell with the stock pictures. It's always worked out better for me in the cases what I got was a bit different (a couple times but it was nice...keymod rail instead on my AR)

They've all hit it. Gen 1. I have two 320s, the compact like the one shown here and the sub-compact, both 9mm.. I love them and shoot them often. Trouble free and shoot everything I feed them. Very accurate shooters. Easy to work on and customize. The 320 is a great design and seems to get new models every day. I want an X5 Target ....really bad.
