How long and how do i find out about my refund on a item that was sent back by my ffl. Its been since may 8th i havnt heard from buds its difficult and somewhat frustrating that its taking so long and not knowing where your money or if and when they return it. what must i do to get answers

May be a silly question, but have you contacted them to speak with a rep through the 859-368-0371 telephone number? They will provide you with all the information they have in real time.

I know things like this are not fun to deal with and have been there before. Sorry to hear about the situation. I have had my best luck contacting them via  859-368-0371 or using the "Chat Now" feature. Buds has been great to me and I hope you get resolution soon. Every situation is different and things depend on shipping and some other items so it is hard to give a definitive answer to this.
