How will this match up with a set of UTG 1" medium high Picatinney QD rings to be mounted onto a Smith & Wesson 15-22 ? Can you still use or raise the fold-down sights ?

Yes this scope will work just fine looking at my 15-22 I think it will block your rear flip up sight
