How will a Bushnell AR 2-7 x 32mm Obj 50-17 ft @100 yds. with UTG 1" medium high QD rings match up with this rifle ? Can the fold down sights still be raised when the scope is mounted?

Michael this Ring/Scope combo will work just fine. The rear flip up sight will not be usable with the scope mounted. You can always just buy and inexpensive 45 degree canted sight set.
