I went to Remington's website to look up info. on the RP45 & its NOT listed anywhere! The RP9 is listed. Has this gun been discontinued or recalled? Can't find any more info. on it. Want to make sure b4 I buy it! Better options?

Remington is in a state of flux right now with their chapter 11 filing (I think they will be fine) yes it is still being made here is the RP 45 at the Remington web site https://www.remington.com/handguns/remington-rp/rp45 that being said I would contact Remington to be sure of their plans for the RP45 Remington Arms Company, LLC

The RP45 is pretty well stocked at most vendors. Pending Chapter 11 filings Remington normally creates a parts/support chain before a firearm is released to the public so support should be there. If you are going to wait, I would keep an eye on stock so they don't dry up on you just in case.
