The guns Buds has are all of recent Manufacture so the odds (99%or better ) are very high that the have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. Buds will not give out the S/N but be confident that if you do get one that needs the upgrade Sig will take care of you
