Hi David, unfortunately this Heritage pistol does not appear on the CA Approved Roster.  https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns

sorry David its not on the Ca DOJ list infact there are no legal Heritage arms guns in CA  https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns
