since the manufacturer says other we don have a lot of info to work with I would suspect China ( I think a USA company would have put their name on it ) but please Contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button and ask them We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
