Probably worth contacting Buds directly at that point. Sounds like the software is misbehaving.
I would try to proceed through checkout and see if it has am adjusted total on the last step just before confirming payment. It may show a coupon like deduction at final checkout.
You probably shouldn't have added it to the cart yourself. When you do a price match request Bud's quotes you 'their best price' and adds the item at that price to you shopping cart automatically for easy checkout. The price most likely WON'T match the price match requested because other vendors quote prices without shipping, etc. So the best price request gets you Bud's lowest price they will sale the item at, which could be the regular price. Personally, I've seen that happen once but usually I get a reduction in price.
I would remove it from your cart and then price match it again with the same information. That should clear it up. If that doesn't work, sign out and then sign back in and try it again. If all else fails, try the "Chat Now" feature. They are quick and awesome!
You did it right , the gun automatically goes to the cart. That is the price you have to pay.
