Hi James, "Factory New" should be a brand new unopened firearm from the manufacturer. Buds states that they do not open firearms packages under any circumstances, so providing the distributor does not open the box, the firearm should be untouched from the manufacturer and "Factory New".

Brand new never opened. I think the description depends on who entered the details of the item some will put new and some will put "factory new"
