This will depend on your intended use. Both have that famous CZ natural hand fit and point-ability. The CZ P-07 will be slightly easier to carry as a concealed firearm due to smaller size. The SP01 will have the edge in capacity and better ballistics due to slightly longer barrel. Given these facts, I would say the CZ P07 edges out the SP01 in "Overall" general purpose dynamics.

I recommend seeing if a local shop has them in stock so you can handle them before making the decision after handling just pick the one you like the best and be happy

I love my SP-01, I bought the Kadet .22 upper for it as well. It's heavy, but it's a pleasure to shoot in 9mm and the .22 upper is very good too. I don't care for the Omega trigger in the P-07/P-09. The SP01 feels more natural.
