Sorry I have not been able to verify that they will fit and work I suggest that you contact Chiappa (USA : + 1.937.835.5000) and ask them (the M9 40 cal is not on their website)

Douglas the Beretta 96 Magazine will fit/function in the Chiappa M9 40S&W Compact although it will extend ever so slightly.
