Yes you can Martha. it will shoot slugs with no modification needed or any issues.
yes it will shoot slugs just fine use the Foster or "rifled" slugs for best accuracy through this gun with the smoothbore barrel. Sabot types are safe to shoot in in but would not give you any accuracy as the are made to be shot in a rifled barrel
