I'm looking to buy the TCM ROCK ULTRA pistol but am concerned about the quality of it after looking at the closeup of the front sight. It looks terrible! Like it's been beat up. There's no way it comes looking like that as a brand new pistol?

I'm looking to buy the TCM ROCK ULTRA pistol but am concerned about the quality of it after looking at the closeup of the front sight.  It looks terrible!  Like it's been beat up.  There's no way it comes looking like that as a brand new pistol?

I own 7 RIA guns including 3 Ultras (22tcm 45acp and 40s&w) and there is no problem with the front sites some of them have had the fiber "clouded" by Preservatives used in shipping but a quick call to RIA got replacement fiber rods (common in all fiber sights) check the pictures here http://armscor.com/firearms/ria/tcm-series/tcm-tac-ultra-ms-hc-combo-22tcm-9mm/
