Mark, they usually are before they are received by the department. You can confirm with Buds at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page at 9 CST or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
Hi Mark, The only marking is on the grip it states "Military Police" Please click the green box stating it as the best answer. We are rated on our answers and are just volunteers, not Buds employees. You can choose more then one Thank you!
