yes you can buy guns from a FFL in another state( long as the sale is legal in BOTH states ) however handguns MUST be shipped and transfer paperwork done at a FFL in YOUR state of residence. Handguns can be picked up where you buy them . all interstate private party sales must be shipped to a FFL in your state

Yes you can. Just have it shipped to your local FFL and have him transfer it to you.
