Hi Tyler, Yes this barrel will fit the Gen4 Glock 19. Silencerco builds threaded barrels that are tough enough to hold up under the harshest conditions. This 9mm Luger replacement barrel for the GLOCK 19 is made of 416R stainless steel and has a black nitride finish. It is compatible with Gen 3 and Gen 4 pistols. The 4.5" barrel has a 1:10" twist and is threaded 1/2x28 for your suppressor.
