James, from what I can tell by the markings from other sites it's made in Austria. However, I would verify this with Buds via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page at 9 CST or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). Hi James, The Glock 17 gen 4's are manufactured in the US now in Smyrna, GA. All of them are made in Austria but US guns have Smyrna, GA stamped on them due to some ATF laws, (Importer). Glock gets kicked a lot by the ATF, that plastic gun that you can sneek though a metal detector you know. They are in some sort of tift right now. Glock is not the only manufacturer required to put the importer stamp on guns brought into the US.
