I think it does Springfield does not state anywhere if it does or does not have the ILS the owners manual covers all the 1911s and shows the ILS I suggest that you call springfield and ask Call 1-800-680-6866

This model does not have the ILS Mainspring housing Lock William.

Hi William, No this doesn't come with the ILS Mainspring Housing Lock.
