To follow up I had some slight fit issues with the upper and lower receiver. Sent it back to Ruger turns out the pins were a little large ruger fixed the issue promptly and sent it right back to me within a couple days. Now after firing it and putting it through its paces I am very pleased. Rifle held a SUB MOA group at 100 yards I outfitted the rifle with a Primary Arms 5x Prism scope. It has ate everything without issue I mostly run Federal Ammo in it. Definitely recommend USMC 0311 Retired.
