Mark, Although you didn't specify exactly what brand/model of handgun I'm assuming you ae asking about the Sig P250 or P350. Both these models use the same grip and ship with a medium sized grip module. All of the Sig grip modules have a Picatinny rail though the length of the rail varies with the size of the grip module. As a side note, the 45ACP version uses a different grip module that is not compatible with the 9mm/40SW/357Sig caliber models/.
