Yes you can John. Some may say it's not necessary but the FLGR was designed to do nothing more than increase the weight at the muzzle to reduce (marginally) the muzzle flip. It serves no other purpose. It will require a GI Style "Recoil Spring Plug" and here is a How to Video - (youtube.com/watch?v=2zF81En6p8c).
