sorry to hear that you have problems You will need to contact customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday. we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Robert, I would call Buds Customer Service directly and ask for a Supervisor or Manager at (859) 368-0371 9am - 9pm M-F to cancel/delete your account.
