You're good to go with this pistol. Your city and state bans modified shotguns and rifles down to pistol sized alterations. They also limit the number of shotgun rounds in a gun. They do not allow any automatic weapon to be modified to semi auto with a capacity of over 15rds. So any pistol with a 15rd magazine (or under a 15rd magazine) is perfectly legal for Denver residents.
