The above answers are mis information. All single action revolvers are exempt from the roster in CA and are legal for sale as long as they have a barrel of 3" or longer. Which is why the NAA revolvers have to be rostered. All other single actions are good to go.
I would check with a local FFL to be 100% sure as the CA laws are a mess
