Fred, you will have to wait until the "Blue Live Chat" button appears in the bottom right of the screen. Buds normally activates the button/link at 9am but have recently been late with this on the weekend. Sometimes 30mins to 2 or 3 hours.

Live chat quite easy! There will be an icon on the bottom right of screen. The full site will have a blue tab that says " Chat now " the mobile site has a " Chat icon bubble " again on bottom right side. They will prompt u to ask your question. Then you will get in line as Buds will let you know what number you are in line. They also give you the estimated wait time in which your question will be able to get live attention. Be patient as they are certain to help you with what ever it is you might need. Staff has helped me on more then one occasion. They are definitely there for US!! Extremely competent staff just have to give them that chance to help! Good luck hope this has helped!
