This is a no no as far as New York State government is concerned. From my understanding of the law, if it was a bolt or single shot it would be okay. But no thumbhole stock on semi autos.

Thumbhole stocks are a no on semi-autos. However Molot does make something called the VEPR Pioneer which comes in a stock that is definitely SAFE act compliant.
