I am not sure what you are asking the Sarco CM9 model CM9BL is a 17 round full size 9mm the CM9 is a Kahr CM9 7 round 9mm

John the differences I see "Different Slide Serrations" on the Gen 2 CM9 and different grip design/texture. The Gen 2 CM( also comes with Two Magazines. The CM9BL comes with One Magazine.
