Hi William, Yes these issues have been resolved.

Yes they have bee corrected the new EAA guns are very good

William, those were issues during the early US release of these pistols and predominately involved the 40S&W and 10mm's. Those issues were resolved by EAA shortly there after.

From what I've experienced with my own Tanfoglios and what I've seen in competition they are not 100% reliable and customer service is not the best. The CZ that they were cloned from is still the best choice.
