No. Unfortunately Buds does not split up there guns like that. They sell them as they get them from the factory.

Bud's will not break up the package you'll need to buy a product that complies with your states requirements. There's lots of M&P's that will.

Buds will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packaging in order to make it compliant with your state laws. Buds will also not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. Why not just buy a Sig Sauer P-320 Compact and use either 15 or 10s. I have both for mine. Better gun too.

MD will allow a larger capacity on C&R models and there are other loop holes to get around this. But it can't be any pistol newer then 1985 I believe.
