Teofilo, this sounds like the spring tension is too loose when fully loaded to chamber the first couple of rounds. I would replace the spring and also try a another magazine to verify this theory.

Hi Teofilo, I would definitely replace the magazine. The stock ones have weak springs.

Teofilo, a good friend of mine and myself both owned this gun and had the same issues although it did not matter where in the magazine stack the bullet was located. We are/were electrical engineers but my buddy was more mechanically inclined than me and he was convinced that the issue was the angle of the bullet in the magazine versus the feed ramp. He worked on his feed ramp polishing it taking a little material off as well. He also modified his magazines to allow a slightly more upward tilt of the bullet nose. He apparently got his to work O.K. I sent mine in to the factory service center twice. They replaced parts both times and sent it back but did not improve anything. I tried some of the tricks my buddy did and there was a slight improvement but it still misfed randomly. In the end I donated the gun to my buddy but he never was able to fix it like his, Oddly, a lot of Thunder owners never had issue with theirs while others suffered the same problem.
