The answer is "YES" if is a Beretta 96 compatible magazine. As it states it is a 96 mag in which is the mag the Beretta version of the "Kel Tec sub 2000 Beretta 96 40 S&W" will accept. I have the glock version in 40 cal gen 2 and is a fantastic weapon. High cap mag is a nice bonus. Enjoy
