yes it will and it will hold zero just fine I have one on my S&W 15-22 and it has worked good for over 5 years with no issues

It will work, but I believe the TruGlo to be the superior sight overall Mike. My TruGlo has been used on my 10/22 and Air Rifles with excellent results.
