Yes you sure can you can shoot 38 special in any 357 revolver you will just have to clean the cylinder good to prevent a buildup of carbon which can make inserting the longer .357 cases hard. the .357 is just a longer higher powered 38 special

Anthony, you can fire the much less powerful 38 Special and +P in this 357 Magnum Revolver without issue. This is true of any 357 Magnum revolver.
