Is it legal for someone 18 but under 21 to buy a shotgun with a pistol grip if it also has a fixed stock as standard? I know you have to be 21 if its folding stock, or just a pistol grip, but does that apply to fixed or non removable stocks?

You only must be 21 to purchase a handgun. You can purchase a Pistol Grip Shotgun at 18.

You can purchase a Pistol Grip Shotgun at 18.be aware that the Mossberg  shockwave is not a pistol grip shotgun and requires you to be 21
