No Keith. Buds does not open firearm packages nor alter accessories such as magazines. This pistol would have to be state compliant from the Factory. Buds will not ship to CT. I know this would help folks out in restricted states but it's Buds policy and they won't bulge on this.
As a former prisoner of the People's Republic of Connecticut, I'll tell you that Bud's, nor any other other online gun store, will not alter the OEM package of a gun to suit a particular state's firearm restrictions.
