I have not and I would have a hard time spending that amount on a jacket unless I spent most of my time in a place like Chicago. it would be interesting to see stiff and bulky the jacket is.

Hi Patrick, I wouldn't want to be the test person. Haha but I for the prices I'm sure it is top notch armor.
