I placed an order and the website says status "pending". Viewing details on that order says "order recieved." I paid debit and a pending transaction is on my account. I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Is this normal?

Yes Mark, this same thing happened to me and Buds stated that "High Order" volume around the time of my order was the cause of the delay.

Hi Mark, Debit cards take an extra 5 days for payment to clear. Buds stated that "High Order" volume around the time of my order was the cause of the delay.
