Dennis, if Buds cannot help at (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or Chat at the blue Chat Now button, You can have any local FFL of your choice to contact Browning on your behalf to acquire the rifle for you for the transfer to you. In my opinion this will be the fastest and preferred option.
