Yes it is on the CA Approved Roster Dominic. It happens to be the 1st Kahr on the list : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Kahr+Arms

Hi Dominic, Yes the CW9 is Ca Compliant. I just shot one earlier today and liked it.
