Hi Lee, No unfortunately it doesn't come with Night Sights. It comes with the High profile target sight.
No this model has only an adjustable rear sight, with both the front and rear sight supressor height. The model you want that includes supressor night sights (& 3 mags) is item #704501TLE-A5.
