Hi Luis, No this is for the 809 - Specifications and Features: Taurus #5-10809-- 9mm Luger-- 17 Rounds-- Steel construction-- Black Finish-- Fits: Taurus Model 809
At the SHOT show, someone said the 809 mag would work in the th9 but not the other way around.
