Hi Floyd, if Buds shipped on the 26th (again, if) then the shipping service is responsible at that point. Buds still should have sent shipping/tracking info either way. You can speak with a live person st Buds by phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

You will receive a tracking number (for Fedex or USPS) when you were notified it was "shipped". If it was Fedex, you can visit their web site and get a reasonable insight as to the status of your shipment. If it is USPS (US Postal Service), that can be hit or miss. I've never had consistent package tracking with them. The good news is, you will get exactly what you ordered from Bud's. There is a truism for all companies as they grow and expand.
