Timothy, yes, you will need to Contact Customer Service staff to change your layaway via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page at 9 CST in the morning, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

I would call customer service and see if they can help and possibly waive any fee for the change. They do incur expense in setting your item aside in preparation for your order and have the following not for each layaway category: for 90 day layaway Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the 20% deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 90 days the 20% deposit will NOT be refunded. For 180 day layaway Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the 10% deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 180 days the 10% deposit will NOT be refunded. Again, it is worth calling customer service to see if they can help further.
