No Nhon, this pistol's 17rd magazine is prohibited in CA. The only pistol on the CA Approved Roster for EAA is a revolver : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=European+American+Armory

Hi Nhon, No We're not allowed firearms over 10 rounds in Ca.
