No sales tax will be charged by Buds for your purchase Nhon.

That would be up to your state law you will not pay sales tax to Buds but some states have the receiving FFL collect sale tax when they transfer the gun

Hi Nhon, Yes you do. When the firearm is received from your FFL they will charge you sales tax when they do the transfer. It is the Ca law. I'm in Ca too.
