No it is not Mark. This is just sold with a 10rd magazine for restricted states. it will accept standard/higher capacity magazines just fine.

No its not restricted it just comes with 10 round mags for sale in states that restrict you to 10 rounds it will take any AR 15 mag

No its not restricted it just comes with 10 round mags for sale in states that restrict you to 10 rounds it will take any AR 15 mag
