No reason it shouldn't. Nothing remotely related to the magazine catch was changed from the original CZ-75 to the CZ-75B.

The 18 round magazines from CZ fit best. Many of the newer magazines will fit but are tight. Polishing the magazine well will help.

It seems some people have some luck with these and others they don't function as well. Polishing the mag to remove it from any burrs or anything of the sort.
